Expedia App UX Research
How do 77 users experience one of the world’s most popular travel apps? This project uncovers what works, what overwhelms, and what could make Expedia even better—from intuitive design to overlooked features.

Powell Hall Dining App
Crowded lines, confusing pickups, and missed meals were daily challenges for students at Alfred University’s Powell Hall. Through user interviews, field studies, and journey mapping, I designed a mobile app concept that enables students to pre-order meals, track preparation, and pay using student IDs or credit cards—making campus dining more efficient for everyone.
College Office Hours App
Making academic support easier to find and book.

Students often miss out on office hours simply because they don’t know when or where to go. I designed an app that solves this by centralizing schedules, enabling appointment booking, and providing directions—all based on real user research at Alfred University.
